What happens if the weather is bad?

We want you to have a fun, safe time on the water. If it will be very nasty out, the Captain will cancel the trip and you will be fully refunded. If it is going to be a sunshower, we will party through it or tuck into a bar.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you cancel 7 days or more, prior to your trip, you will be given a full refund.
If you cancel between 48 hours and 7 days, prior to your trip, the deposit (20%) will be kept and the remaining (80%) will be refunded.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip, the full amount will be charged.

Can you fit more than 12 people on the private pontoon charters?

The US Coast Guard limits charters to 12 passengers. For groups larger than 12, you can charter out multiple boats at a time to accommodate your group OR take our US Coast Guard Inspected Vessel, “Island Time”, which can accommodate up to 40 passengers.

Is there a bathroom on board?

The large, 40 passenger boat, “Island Time” does have a bathroom on board.
The 12 passenger pontoon boats do not but we make frequent stops at bar/restaurants that allow you to use the restroom. We are never more than 15 minutes away from one.

Can we bring alcohol and food on board?

You are welcome to bring any food and drinks you like on board. Please bring any ice, cups, napkins, and utensils you will need as well. We have coolers and bottle water on all vessels that you are welcome to use.

Are guests under 21 allowed?

Yes, we ask that all guests, regardless of age, follow US laws. If any laws are broken or the Captain deems a charter unsafe, the charter will be canceled without refund.

Is the boat family friendly? Dog friendly? Alpaca friendly?

The private boats are yours for the duration of the trip. You can make it as family friendly as you like and yes, dogs + alpacas are welcome on board private trips.

For public tours, we suggest that families book the 10am-12:30pm trip. Dogs and Alpacas are not allowed on public trips due to allergies and safety.

Is the tip included?

Tips are not included and are suggested at service industry standard of 20%.
